Environment-friendly coal gangue brick treatment method
The invention discloses an environment-friendly coal gangue brick treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: drying coal gangue; coal gangue screening: screening out coal gangue particles which can be directly mixed, and screening out unusable impurities; crushing coal gangue, selecting coal gangue particles which do not pass through and further crushing to form coal gangue powder, and crushing the coal gangue powder into particles with the particle size meeting the screening standard; preparing concrete slurry, adding water glass, a hardening agent and acid-resistant powder, mixing with the coal gangue powder, and stirring to obtain the concrete slurry; pouring the concrete slurry back into the brick mold; and carrying out high-temperature firing on the brick mold after backward flowing. The problem that certain environmental risks still exist in the accumulation or backfill disposal process due to the fact that the coal gangue contains low-concentration heavy metal and the content of some heavy metal is far higher than the soil background value is solved.
