Compared with the prior art, the thermoelectric performance of (Cu1-xAgx)2(Te1-ySy) is excellent, the ZT of part of samples can reach 2.0 at 1000K, and the Cu1-xAgx2(Te1-ySy) is suitable for the application scene of a medium-high temperature area. In addition, the Cu1-xAgx2(Te1-ySy) copper-silver-based chalcogenide thermoelectric material has a relatively high Seebeck coefficient and extremely low thermal conductivity.
