High-temperature slag waste heat recovery system and method
The invention relates to a high-temperature slag waste heat recovery system which comprises slag-water heat exchange tanks, a water tank, a high-pressure water supply unit, a low-pressure water supply unit, a water return unit and a steam collection tank; the tops of the slag-water heat exchange tanks are provided with high-temperature slag inlets, and the bottoms are provided with cooled slag outlets; the high-pressure water supply unit is composed of a high-pressure water supply pump, a high-pressure water supply pipe, a high-pressure annular water inlet pipe and a high-pressure water mist spray pipe; the low-pressure water supply unit is composed of a low-pressure water supply pump, a low-pressure water supply pipe, a low-pressure annular water inlet pipe and a low-pressure water spray pipe; the water return unit is composed of a water return pump and a water return pipeline; and one sides of the tops of the slag-water heat exchange tanks are provided with steam receiving pipes, and the slag-water heat exchange tanks are connected to the steam collection tank through steam pipelines. According to the high-temperature slag waste heat recovery system, high-temperature slag is added into the multiple slag-water heat exchange tanks in turn, and continuous and stable production of steam is achieved; and the mode of combining low-pressure water spraying and high-pressure water spraying is adopted, the flow, pressure and temperature of output steam are adjustable, the high-temperature slag can serve as a high-added-value product after being subjected to hot quenching treatment, and the resource recycling degree is higher.
本发明涉及一种高温炉渣余热回收系统,包括渣水换热罐、水箱、高压给水单元、低压给水单元、回水单元及集汽箱;渣水换热罐的顶部设高温渣入口,底部设冷却渣出口;高压给水单元由高压给水泵、高压给水管、高压环形进水管及高压水雾喷管组成,低压给水单元由低压给水泵、低压给水管、低压环形进水管及低压水喷淋管组成,回水单元由回水泵及回水管道组成,渣水换热罐的顶部一侧设蒸汽接管,通过蒸汽管道连接集汽箱。本发明通过向多个渣水换热罐内轮流加入高温炉渣,实现蒸汽的连续稳定生产;采用低压水喷淋与高压水喷雾相结合的方式,使输出蒸汽的流量、压力和温度可调,高温炉渣经热淬处理后可作为高附加值产品,资源回收利用程度更高。
