Method for mounting and dismounting underwater cast-in-place beam support by adopting through type steel pipe pile foundation
The invention discloses a method for mounting and dismounting an underwater cast-in-place beam support by adopting a through type steel pipe pile foundation, which considers that most prestressed tendons of a prestressed beam are scientifically and reasonably arranged in a web plate and top and bottom plates near the web plate, the mechanical effect generated by the prestressed tendons in the beam body is not damaged, and non-prestressed tendons can be recovered in the later stage; the steel pipe piles are arranged along the longitudinal axis of the cast-in-place beam where the non-prestressed tendons pass through and the space nearby the outer side of the wing plate, after the support is dismantled, the steel pipe piles below the bridge site are pulled out of the reserved pile pulling holes one by one through cooperation of a crane and a vibration hammer on the bridge floor, and the steel pipe piles on the outer side of the wing plate are directly pulled out; and after the steel pipe piles are removed, the steel bars at the reserved holes are leveled, then binding and welding are carried out, and then micro-expansive concrete with the same mark as a beam body is used for supplementing. Multiple practices prove that the method is high in steel pipe pile dismantling efficiency, low in cost, short in working time, safe, reliable and easy to operate, and the success rate can reach 100%.
本发明公开了水中现浇梁支架采用贯穿式钢管桩基础的安装拆除方法,考虑科学合理的预应力梁的预应力筋多布置在腹板及腹板附近顶、底板中,在不破坏梁体内预应力筋产生的力学效应,又能在后期将非预应力筋恢复,将钢管桩沿无预应力筋通过的现浇梁纵轴线及翼板外侧附近空间布置,支架拆除后,在桥面上采用吊车配合震动锤将桥位下钢管桩从预留拔桩孔逐一拔出,翼板外侧的钢管桩直接拔出;待钢管桩拆除后,将预留孔处钢筋整平,再进行绑扎、焊接,然后用和梁体同标号微膨胀混凝土进行补齐。该发明经多次实践证明,钢管桩拆除效率高,费用低、工时短、成功率可达到100%,安全可靠易操作。
