The whole pipe gallery is divided into a plurality of parts for meeting the ventilation requirements, so that the interior of the pipe gallery can be fully ventilated; and meanwhile, ventilation is conducted through power generated by external vehicle running and external wind power, energy is saved, the temperature of air entering the pipe gallery is reduced, and therefore the temperature in the pipe gallery is prevented from being too high, dust accumulation on filter screens can be prevented, and smooth ventilation of the filter screens is kept.
