The invention discloses a construction method of an inspection well. The construction method comprises the following specific steps that 1) a foundation framework is prepared, specifically, before a well wall body module is installed, a C20 concrete foundation cushion layer (1) is firstly manufactured at the bottom of the well; 2) paying-off is conducted; 3) masonry is conducted; 4) joint bars are inserted, and core pouring is conducted; 5) waterproof cement mortar is adopted as plastering layers of the inner wall and the outer wall of the well; and 6) a cover plate (3) is installed. According to the construction method of the inspection well, the inspection well is constructed through concrete module bricks, an arch top is built between a flexible pipe fitting and the inspection well, and under the condition that the requirement for the bearing capacity is met, the purposes of rapid construction and cost reduction can further be achieved.
