The upper-layer column is of an upper-layer concrete prefabricated rectangular pipe pile, the lower end face of the upper-layer concrete prefabricated rectangular pipe pile is provided with a steel ring of the upper-layer concrete prefabricated rectangular pipe pile, an annular steel plate is arranged at the beam top, located in a beam-column joint area, of a structural beam, middle holes of the steel ring and the annular steel plate correspond to a pile core hole of the upper-layer concrete prefabricated rectangular pipe pile, the lower surface of the steel ring is connected with the upper surface of the annular steel plate, reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the beam-column joint area, the upper ends of the reinforcing steel bars are connected to the annular steel plate, and the lower ends of the reinforcing steel bars extend into the beam-column joint area to be anchored. A section of pipe pile meeting the requirement is cut out from a standard pipe pile to serve as the concrete prefabricated rectangular pipe pile, the section of pipe pile comprises the bottom of the standard pipe pile, and the pipe pile with the bottom provided with the steel ring can serve as a prefabricated column to be suitable for the beam-column joint; and the beam-column joint connecting mode is easy to operate, convenient to construct, safe, reliable and low in construction and installation error-tolerant rate, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction cost can be reduced.
