The preparation method comprises the following steps: wood drying, blanking, framing, hot pressing, cold pressing, manual veneer pasting and painting. Specifically, the process is as follows: wood drying, namely, putting a raw material board into a drying kiln for spray steaming and drying, wherein the spray steaming time is 15 minutes, the heating drying time is 25-30 days, and the moisture content of the dried board is 10-14 %; blanking, namely, during rough cutting, the length and the width are respectively increased by 10mm; and framing, namely, the four corners are square, the length and the width are respectively increased by 10MM, the width specification of an outer frame is 800-2000 MM, a surface board is a 6MM medium-density board, and the middle is filled with Chinese fir laminated wood. According to the composite door, two connecting plates and a connecting rod are installed in the composite door, then after the composite door is installed on a door pocket, the two connecting plates are matched with the connecting rod to counteract the falling force of the composite door, so that the composite door can stably rotate for a long time relative to the door pocket through hinges and the door pocket, and can not displace, and therefore, the use stability of the composite door is improved.
