The invention discloses a preparation method of a polystyrene foam particle and cement composite heat-insulating non-combustible material, which comprises the following steps: step 1, putting polystyrene foam particles into a pre-foaming machine which has the vapor pressure of 0.3-0.4 MPa and is preheated to 75-80 DEG C for pre-foaming, and curing for 8-9 hours to obtain pre-foamed polystyrene foam particles; step 2, weighing cement powder and the pre-foamed polystyrene foam particles obtained in the step 1 according to a mass ratio, putting the cement powder and the pre-foamed polystyrene foam particles into a stirrer, mixing to form a mixture, adding tap water into the mixture according to a ratio, and stirring to form slurry; and step 3, injecting the slurry in the step 2 into a mold, laying alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth at the bottom of the mold, carrying out pouring molding, finally laying a layer of mesh cloth on the surface of the slurry, and carrying out natural curing to obtain the composite heat-insulating non-combustible material. The method has the advantages of simple operation process, small specific gravity, firm combination with the building wall, safety and non-combustion at high temperature, and on-site construction preparation.
本发明公开了一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒与水泥复合保温不燃材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒放入蒸汽压0.3‑0.4MPa、预热到75‑80℃的预发机内进行预发泡,经过8‑9h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒;步骤2,按照质量配比,量取水泥粉和步骤1中得到的预发泡的聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒放入搅拌机中混合形成混合料,按配比,向混合料中加入自来水,搅拌形成料浆;步骤3,将步骤2中的料浆注入模具中,在模具底部铺设耐碱玻璃纤维网格布并浇筑成型,最后在浆体表面再铺一层网格布,自然养护而成;形成复合保温不燃材料;本发明具有操作工艺简单、比重小、与建筑墙体结合牢固、高温下安全不燃、可现场施工配制。
