Foamed concrete prepared from recycled raw materials of construction wastes and control method for slurry stability of foamed concrete
The invention relates to the fields of resource utilization of solid wastes and environmental protection and energy conservation, in particular to foamed concrete prepared from regenerated raw materials of building wastes, a control method for the slurry stability of the foamed concrete and a preparation method of the foamed concrete. The foamed concrete comprises the following raw materials: a component A, a component B and a component C. The component A comprises, in parts by weight, 8-15 parts of recycled concrete powder, 1-4 parts of silica fume, 45-57 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1-4 parts of an exciting agent, and 2-3 parts of a binder. The component B comprises, in parts by weight, 30-32 parts of water, and 1-2 parts of a slurry stabilizer. The component C comprises 3-4 parts of a foaming agent. According to the invention, the recycled concrete powder can replace cement by 15% or above, and the strength of the foamed concrete is improved by 80% or above; and a large amount of waste concrete and silica fume are utilized in a production process, cement consumption in the concrete is reduced, low carbon and environmental protection are achieved, and good engineering application prospects are achieved.
本发明涉及固体废弃物的资源化利用和环保节能领域,具体涉及一种建筑废弃物再生原料制备的发泡混凝土、其浆体稳定性控制方法及其制备方法。所述发泡混凝土原料包含A组分、B组分和C组分;按重量份计,所述A组分的组成为:再生混凝土粉8~15份;硅灰1~4份;普通硅酸盐水泥45~57份;激发剂1~4份;粘结剂2~3份;所述B组分的组成为:水30~32份;浆体稳定剂1~2份;所述C组分为发泡剂3~4份。本发明可将再生混凝土粉替代水泥用量达到15%以上,且强度提高80%以上,而且生产过程中利用了大量的废弃混凝土以及硅灰,减少了混凝土中水泥用量,进而实现低碳环保,具有良好的工程应用前景。
