The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-strength porous ceramic ocular prosthesis seat, in particular to a preparation method of a porous ceramic spherical ocular prosthesis seat, which comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing biological ceramic powder, a binder, a pore forming agent and water to obtain high-viscosity slurry; pouring the obtained high-viscosity slurry into a spherical mold for molding, and drying to obtain a biscuit; and sintering the obtained biscuit at 1000-1300 DEG C for 1-2 hours, and crystallizing and forming the ceramic powder to obtain the porous ceramic spherical ocular prosthesis seat with a three-dimensional communicated pore structure.
