The invention relates to a block polyether for an early-strength shrinkage-resistant polycarboxylate water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the block polyether, a polycarboxylate water reducing agent phosphorylated monomer is taken as a raw material to partially replace a polyoxyethylene ether monomer, and the block polyether comprises 1-20% of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent phosphorylated monomer, 1-10% of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-10% of methylallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2-0.6% of an alkaline catalyst, 60-90% of ethylene oxide, 0.5-10% of propylene oxide, and 0.2-0.6% of a weak acid neutralizer; the polycarboxylate water reducing agent phosphorylated monomer is simple in raw material component, can be further prepared into the polycarboxylate water reducing agent, can improve the workability of concrete when being applied to concrete construction engineering materials, has excellent adaptability to different cement, coal ash, concrete soil content, temperature and water consumption, meanwhile, the mixing amount sensitivity of the water reducing agent can be reduced, the water reducing rate of the water reducing agent can be improved, and early strength and shrinkage resistance can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种用于早强抗收缩型聚羧酸减水剂的嵌段聚醚及其制备方法,以聚羧酸减水剂磷酯化单体为原料,部分替代聚氧乙烯醚单体,包含聚羧酸减水剂磷酯化单体为1~20%,异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚为1~10%,甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚为1~10%,碱性催化剂为0.2~0.6%,环氧乙烷为60~90%,环氧丙烷为0.5~10%,弱酸中和剂为0.2~0.6%;所述的聚羧酸减水剂磷酯化单体原料成分简单,能够进一步制备得到聚羧酸减水剂,应用于混凝土建筑工程材料时,能够改善混凝土和易性,对于不同的水泥、粉煤灰、混凝土含土量、温度及用水量都有着优异的适应性,同时能够使减水剂掺量敏感性降低其可以提高减水剂的减水率,还可起到早强、抗收缩的性能。
