The invention discloses a method for dismantling and recycling a single beam of a prefabricated small box girder bridge. The method comprises the steps that A, guardrails and accessory structures on a bridge floor are dismantled, cleared and transported; B, a bridge deck system is dismantled, and a bridge deck cast-in-place leveling layer and a bridge deck pavement layer are chiseled away; C, a post-cast wet joint between every two single beams in the main beam is dismantled, and the main beam is divided into the single beams; D, constraint of the support is removed, and each single beam is conveyed to a beam field; E, cleaning and appearance detection are conducted on each single beam; F, a load test is carried out on the single beam with good appearance inspection to judge whether the single beam can be recycled or not; G, pre-embedded steel bars of the qualified single beams are derusted; and H, the single small box girder with the mechanical property meeting the requirement can be applied to construction of a new bridge. On one hand, pollution to the environment in the old bridge dismantling process can be reduced, and on the other hand, secondary damage to the single beam in the old bridge dismantling and transporting process is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式小箱梁桥的单梁拆除再循环利用的方法,包括:步骤A、拆除并清运桥面上的护栏及其附属结构物;步骤B、拆除桥面系,将桥面现浇调平层、桥面铺装层凿除;步骤C、拆除主梁中每两片单梁之间的后浇湿接缝,将主梁分隔成单梁;步骤D、卸掉支座的约束,将每一片单梁运送至梁场;步骤E、对每片单梁做清洗处理和外观检测;步骤F、对外观检查良好的单梁进行荷载试验判断是否可以循环再利用;步骤G、上述检验均合格的单梁,对其预埋钢筋进行除锈;步骤H、力学性能满足要求的单片小箱梁便可运用到新桥的建设中。本发明一方面可以减少旧桥拆除过程中对环境的污染,另一方面减小旧桥拆运中对单梁的二次破坏。
