High-bearing-capacity building piling method
The invention relates to a high-bearing-capacity building piling method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a pipe pile is prefabricated: a pile tip is welded to a pile body, the surface of the pile tip is coated with an anti-rust coating, and the surface of the pile body is coated with an epoxy asphalt coating; secondly, installation is conducted: the pipe pile is vertically hoisted and fixed to a retaining seat at the lower end of a pile hammer, a positioning support is assembled on the ground, and the pile tip at the lower end of the pile body vertically penetrates through a positioning support to abut against the ground; thirdly, pile sinking is conducted: the pile hammer continuously falls down to hit the upper end of the retaining seat, and the retaining seat drives the pile body to gradually sink into the ground; and fourthly, pile splicing is conducted: another pile body with the same diameter is welded and fixed to the upper end of the pile body, and the axis deviation of the two pile bodies does not exceed 2 mm; fifthly, pile feeding is conducted: the top of the upper half pile body at the lower end of the retaining seat, and the upper half pile body is sent into the ground through the pile hammer; and sixthly, pile cutting is conducted. The method has the advantages that large-size pipe pile construction can be achieved, and the construction efficiency and the construction accuracy are improved.
