Directional piling method and casing pipe
The invention provides a directional piling method and a casing pipe. A directional piling method comprises the steps that casing pipes are put down into the ocean: the casing pipes connected in sequence form a casing pipe set in the putting-down process, the lower end face of the first casing pipe is an inclined face with a set inclination angle relative to the axis, and a generatrix where the lower end of the inclined face is located faces the set direction before the first casing pipe enters mud; and the casing pipe set enters the mud: under the action of the inclined surface, the first casing pipe drives the casing pipe set to be put down obliquely in the set direction. According to the directional piling method, in the process of putting-down after the casing pipe set enters the mud, the first casing pipe drives the casing pipe set to be obliquely put down in the set direction under the action of the inclined surface, and the inclined direction of the casing pipe set is definitely limited through the inclined surface, namely, the putting-down process after the casing pipe set enters the mud is directed through the inclined surface. Therefore, collision with the adjacent well casing pipe set is avoided.
本发明提供了一种定向打桩方法和套管。定向打桩方法包括:向海洋中进行下放套管,下放过程中依次连接好的套管形成套管组,首个套管的下端面为相对于轴线具有设定倾斜角度的斜面,且入泥前斜面的低端所在的母线朝向设定方向;使套管组进行入泥,在斜面作用下,首个套管带着套管组朝向设定方向偏斜下入。该定向打桩方法,套管组入泥后下入的过程中,首个套管在斜面作用下会带着套管组朝向设定方向进行偏斜下入,通过斜面来明确限定套管组的偏斜方向,即通过斜面对套管组入泥后的下入过程进行定向,以此来避免与临井套管组发生碰撞。
