The invention discloses an energy-saving drainage device which comprises a heat conduction plate, a drainage port is formed in the heat conduction plate, and the drainage port is used for being connected with a sewer pipe of a user house; a water flow pipeline is arranged in the heat conduction plate, or a water flow pipeline is arranged below the heat conduction plate; the pipe wall of the water flow pipeline absorbs heat from the heat conduction plate and conducts the heat into the water flow pipeline; and the water flow pipeline comprises a cold water inlet and a warm water outlet. The energy-saving drainage device has the characteristics that the floor space of a toilet is not occupied after the device is mounted, the waste water can be directly discharged after heat energy of the hot waste water is absorbed during use, and the device is more convenient to clean and maintain after use.
