The invention discloses a mounting method and mounting structure of a fabricated building outer wall. The mounting structure comprises outer wall module plates modularly produced through a reverse beating process and a lower beam and a middle beam which are mounted on a foundation, wherein an outer wall ceramic tile layer, a heat preservation layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially connected to the surface of each outer wall module plate from top to bottom; and an L-shaped pre-embedded plate is pre-embedded in each outer wall module plate, one end of each L-shaped pre-embedded plate extends to the outer side of the corresponding outer wall module plate, an inserting plate is fixedly mounted at the end, away from the corresponding outer wall module plate, of each L-shaped pre-embedded plate, and a pushing air bag is fixedly mounted on the side, facing the corresponding outer wall module plate, of each inserting plate. According to the mounting method and mounting structure of the fabricated building outer wall, heat is released in the concrete solidification process, the heat enables gas in the air bags to expand along with the reduction of the concrete volume to dynamically push outer wall module plates, the two outer wall module plates are connected more tightly, and gaps generated due to the reduction of the concrete solidification volume are reduced.
