The invention discloses a fiber composite inhaul cable elastic anchorage device. The device comprises a plurality of inhaul cable ribs and an anchor cup, wherein the inhaul cable ribs are made of fiber composite materials, the inhaul cable ribs are sequentially divided into an anchoring section and a transition section from the end in the length direction, the anchor cup is arranged on the outer side of the anchoring section in a sleeving mode, the anchoring section is further divided into an anchoring stabilizing section and an anchoring extending section, and a rib fixing net is arranged at the junction of the anchoring stabilizing section and the anchoring extending section, so that the inhaul cable ribs in the anchoring stabilizing section are parallel to the axis of the anchor cup; a rib collecting net is arranged in the anchoring extending section, the inhaul cable ribs in the anchoring extending section penetrate through the rib collecting net to be gathered back, and therefore, the bending radian of the inhaul cable ribs faces the axis of the anchor cup; and a rib dividing disc is arranged at the junction of the anchoring section and the transition section, the bending radian of the inhaul cable ribs in the transition section is opposite to the axis of the anchor cup, and the inhaul cable ribs located at the anchoring section and the transition section are wrapped with resin materials. The fiber composite inhaul cable elastic anchorage device has the advantages of good stability, more durable durability and high safety.
