The invention discloses an integrated wallboard and a mounting method. The integrated wallboard comprises a wallboard main body with a preset shape and a concealed insertion splicing strip, the wallboard main body is provided with at least two unit wallboards, a preset splicing area is arranged between the adjacent unit wallboards, and preset connecting areas are respectively arranged at two ends of the wallboard, the preset splicing area and the preset connecting area can realize a connection of the wallboard main body by the concealed insertion splicing strips in a concealed manner. According to the integrated wallboard, construction materials are saved, the preset splicing areas are arranged between the adjacent unit wallboards in the integrated wallboard main body, the preset splicing areas of boards can be spliced after being cut according to different requirements of different scenes for the width of the boards, and therefore a single-specification wallboard achieves the functions of multiple specifications and the same purpose; and the construction materials can be greatly saved.
