Aluminum formwork capable of preventing formwork expansion
The invention discloses an aluminum formwork capable of preventing formwork expansion. The aluminum formwork comprises an aluminum formwork body and a fastening device which is fixed to the side portion of the lower portion of the aluminum formwork body. The fastening device is arranged on the lower portion of the aluminum formwork body, so that after the aluminum formwork body is normally installed, the aluminum formwork body and the lower plate surface are tightly fixed through the fastening device, the formwork expansion of the aluminum formwork body is avoided, the fastening device adopts fastening screws and nuts, not only is the structure simple, but also the operation is convenient; and moreover, the fastening device is matched with the U-shaped bottom surface of the aluminum formwork body, so that the aluminum formwork body can be ensured to be vertically fixed to the lower plate surface.
本发明公开了一种防胀模的铝模板,包括铝模板本体,以及固定在铝模板本体下方侧部的紧固装置。本发明在铝模板本体的下方设置紧固装置,使得铝模板本体在正常安装后,再通过紧固装置将铝模板本体与下方板面紧紧固定,从而避免铝模板本体的胀模,紧固装置采用紧固螺丝与螺母,不仅结构简单,而且操作方便,并且紧固装置与铝模板本体的U型底面相配合,能够保证铝模板本体能够垂直固定在下方板面上。
