The invention relates to the technical field of dust-free decoration, in particular to a dust-free decoration construction process which includes the steps that S1, a decoration site drawing is obtained, and a decoration site position and a site area are obtained; S2, according to the decoration site position and the site area, a steel structure net rack is installed, and after the steel structure net rack is installed, a partition wall and a ceiling are continuously and sequentially installed; and S3, after the installation operation in the S2 is finished, decoration construction is started to be conducted on the ground and doors and windows, and when the ground is decorated, self-leveling coating is evenly coated so that a self-leveling mulching film can be formed on the ground. According to the dust-free decoration construction process, the ground of a dust-free area is coated with the self-leveling coating to form the self-leveling mulching film, and the mulching film remarkably improves the wear and scratch resistance of the ground.
