本发明公开了一种挂旗套旗杆,使挂旗套转动达到微动力或者无动力,用织物旗帜自身重力即可驱动,使旗帜达到随风而动的旋转要求。为了能满足上述条件,在传统圆管形旗杆的挂旗部位,在主旗杆外面,增加设置了一个直径稍大、固定旗帜专用的“挂旗套”,挂旗套部分就形成与主旗杆同心的圆管双层结构。主旗杆在传统旗杆顶端设置防尘、防雨有机材料轴承芯。挂旗套顶端设置防雨有机材料轴承套,顶端轴承套与挂旗套固定为一体。挂旗套下口端再设置一盘有机材料轴承套做挂旗套的运转支撑。本发明解决了旗帜悬挂时,旗帜被风缠绕在旗杆之上,是将旗帜固定在挂旗套上面,在顶端与尾部两盘轴承支撑下达到旗帜随风飘扬之目的。说明书附图一为摘要附图。
