Manufacturing process of D-shaped sleeve type steel chimney inner cylinder
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a D-shaped sleeve type steel chimney inner cylinder. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of 1, cutting a steel plate into three required specifications and dimensions, namely an arc section, a straight plate section and two bent sections, by using a plasma cutting machine, polishing the steel plate of the three specifications to remove oxide skin, and finishing a groove for welding; 2, putting the steel plate into a rolling machine to be rolled into an arc section and two bent sections, and then bending the two bent sections; 3, using a tool for positioning, grouping the arc section, the straight plate section and the two bent sections of the steel plate, and adopting a laser beam for pre-welding the cylinder, carrying out the steel plate continuous fusion welding in a plasma arc welding mode, and welding again by adopting an arc breaking method; and 4, fixing the steel cylinder body on the tool, and then welding the steel cylinder body with a D-shaped flange. According to the method, reasonable butt welding process parameters are set, so that the welding quality is guaranteed, cracks are avoided, the appearance quality of steel plate welding is guaranteed, and the requirement of welding machining is met.
本发明涉及一种D型套筒式钢烟囱内筒的制作工艺,其步骤为:1.先将钢板用等离子切割机切割成所需要的三种规格尺寸:圆弧段,直板段,两个折弯段,再将这三种规格的钢板进行打磨去氧化皮,整焊接用坡口;2.把钢板放入卷圆机,进行卷圆弧段、两个折弯段,再对两个折弯段进行折弯处理;3.用工装工具进行定位;将钢板的圆弧段,直板段,两个折弯段组队并采用激光束对筒体进行预焊接;采用等离子弧焊的方式对钢板进行连续的熔化焊;采用断弧法进行再次焊接;4.将钢筒体固定于工装上,再与D型法兰焊接。本发明通过设置合理的对接焊接工艺参数,既保证了焊接质量,避免了裂纹的出现,保证了钢板焊接的外观质量,又满足了焊接加工的要求。
