Grinding technology of autoclaved aerated concrete slurry
The invention discloses a grinding technology of autoclaved aerated concrete slurry, and particularly relates to the technical field of building material grinding. The grinding technology comprises the following steps that raw material pretreatment is performed, firstly, raw materials are cleaned to remove impurities, primary filtration is performed so as to remove the raw materials with the particle size less than 250 mm, and then the raw materials are co into a coarse crushing device for coarse crushing. Filtering is carried out before crushing, so that some crushed raw materials in the raw materials can be removed, the crushing efficiency cannot be affected by the original crushed materials in the crushing process, and the raw materials can be rapidly subjected to coarse treatment; secondary ball milling is carried out after the raw materials are subjected to coarse treatment, so that the raw materials can be treated again; finally, a three-stage wet grinding technology is adopted, higher fatty alcohol and stearamide are used as dispersing agents, the dispersing effect is good, the product cannot be agglomerated in the wet grinding process, and the relatively-stable function of a dispersing system is kept.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土料浆的研磨工艺,具体涉及建筑材料研磨技术领域,包括以下步骤:原料预处理,首先对原料清洗除杂,进行首次过滤,以便于去除粒径小于250mm的原料,然后将其运送至粗破装置内进行粗破碎。本发明通过在粉碎之前进行过滤,从而可以将原料内一些较碎的原料剔除出来,使得粉碎过程中,原有的碎料不会影响粉碎的效率,从而可以较快的对原料进行粗处理,并且在对原料进行粗处理之后再进行二级球磨加工,从而可以将原料进行再次处理,最后采用三级湿法研磨工艺,并使用高级脂肪醇和硬脂酰胺作为分散剂,其分散效果好,能使产品在湿法研磨过程中不会出现团聚现象,并且保持分散体系的相对稳定的功能。
