The composition comprises high-saturation hydrophobic rubber, polar functional group rubber, a high-adhesion functional material, a high-strength fiber cloth base layer, a reinforcing agent, a vulcanizing agent and a plasticizer. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-adhesion-strength waterproof roll composition. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a prevulcanized waterproof roll upper-layer rubber composition sheet; preparing a lower-layer rubber composition sheet of the pre-vulcanized waterproof roll; preparing basic fiber cloth of the waterproof roll; preparing a pre-vulcanized waterproof roll composition sheet; and preparing the high-adhesion-strength waterproof roll composition. The high-adhesion-strength waterproof roll composition provided by the embodiment of the invention not only has good waterproof performance and excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, but also has the characteristic of high adhesion strength with building material parts, and is suitable for waterproof treatment in engineering construction processes of dams, building roofs, roads and the like.
