Foaming ceramic insulation board added with kaolin and processing method of foaming ceramic insulation board
A foaming ceramic insulation board added with kaolin comprises a board body, an inner hole is formed in the board body, and a flexible layer is fixed to the inner wall of the inner hole. The board body is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-70 parts of ceramic tile polishing residues, 10-40 parts of potassium-sodium feldspar, 3-6 parts of calcined talc, 4-10 parts of red soil, 0-2 parts of fluorite, 1-2 parts of lithium feldspar, 1-3 parts of silicon carbide and 2-4 parts of a stabilizer. The flexible layer is prepared from 20% of quartz, 20% of feldspar, 30% of kaolin, 10% of plastic clay, 10% of water and 10% of a dispergator. The processing method comprises the steps of: S1, mixing raw materials; S2, drying the raw materials; S3, putting the raw materials into a kiln and shaping; and S4, firing. According to the foaming ceramic insulation board, the inner hole structure is adopted, the inner wall of the inner hole is combined with the flexible layer, so that the structural strength is guaranteed; the flexible layer added with the kaolin material before firing can improve the internal toughness of the board body, and therefore the problem that the structure is crisp due to too high hardness is solved, and the structural strength of the foaming ceramic insulation board is improved.
