Sintering process for ferrite core
The invention discloses a sintering process for a ferrite core. The sintering process comprises the following steps: selecting a box-type resistance furnace, loading the ferrite core into the furnace, and closing a furnace door; sequentially increasing the temperature in the furnace to 150 DEG C +/-10 DEG C, 350 DEG C +/-10 DEG C, 550 DEG C +/-10 DEG C, 650 DEG C +/-10 DEG C, 850 DEG C +/-10 DEG C, 1050 DEG C +/-10 DEG C and 1150 DEG C +/-10 DEG C from the room temperature by running at the maximum power, and respectively maintaining the temperature for not less than 1 hour, 2.5 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours and 2.5 hours respectively; stopping heating, and keeping the furnace door to be closed for not less than 1 hour until the temperature is not higher than 1100 DEG C; opening the furnace door, and maintaining for 2-3 hours until the temperature is not higher than 900 DEG C; opening the furnace door, and maintaining for not less than 1 hour until the temperature reaches 650-700 DEG C; and completely opening the furnace door until the temperature is reduced to room temperature. According to the method, a large number of steam pockets cannot be generated on the ferrite core, the bonding performance of the ferrite core is not affected, and the sintered ferrite core cannot deform, is uniform in appearance color and luster, has metallic luster and is relatively high in inductance value.
本发明公开了一种铁氧体磁芯用的烧结工艺,选定箱式电阻炉并将铁氧体磁芯装入炉中并关闭炉门;以最大功率运转将炉内温度从室温依次提升至150℃±10℃、350℃±10℃、550℃±10℃、650℃±10℃、850℃±10℃、1050℃±10℃、1150℃±10℃,并分别维持不小于1小时、2.5小时、2小时、1小时、1.5小时、2小时、2.5小时;停止加热并保持炉门关闭不小于1小时,直至温度不高于1100摄氏度;炉门打开,维持2h‑3h,直至温度不高于900℃;炉门打开,维持时间不小于1h直至温度达到650℃‑700℃;炉门完全打开,直至冷却至室温。本发明使铁氧体磁芯上不会产生大量汽包,不影响铁氧体磁芯的结合性能,烧结后的铁氧体磁芯不会产生变形,外观色泽均匀,具有金属光泽,电感值较高。
