The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation process for a rock plate with a fine carving mold simulating effect. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) taking raw materials, pressing into a green brick, and drying; (2) carrying out ink-jet printing on the green brick with fine carving ink, and spraying glaze; (3) printing patterns, and spraying protective glaze; and (4) firing to prepare the rock plate. An expensive fine carving mold is not used, water and oil are fused under high-temperature sintering only through the characteristics of specially-made glaze and ink, and thus the rock plate which is rich in layer and has the effect of the fine carving mold is achieved.
本发明实施方式公开了一种岩板仿精雕模具效果的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：(1)取原料压制成砖坯、干燥；(2)向砖坯喷墨打印精雕墨水、喷釉料；(3)打印图案，喷保护釉料；(4)烧制，制备得到岩板。不使用价格昂贵的精雕模具，仅通过特制的釉料和墨水的特性，在高温烧结下将水油融合，从而实现层次丰富，如精雕模具效果的岩板。
