The inner surface of the anti-skid pile is movably connected with a maintenance mechanism, the maintenance mechanism comprises a feeding mechanism, the bottom of the feeding mechanism is provided with a stabilizing mechanism, and the stabilizing mechanism is located outside the anti-skid pile. According to the concrete highway roadbed maintenance device, through the arrangement of the feeding mechanism and the stabilizing mechanism, when the anti-skid piles are completely installed, the stabilizing mechanism ensures that the whole base is stable, the feeding mechanism ensures that the fixing effect of concrete reaches the standard, compared with a traditional impact type installation method, installation of the anti-skid piles does not need too large vertical impact force. During installation, the acting force is mild, generated vibration is small, the device is suitable for construction of a horizontal ground and a roadbed with a landslide, the use flexibility of the device is enhanced, and the problems that during traditional roadbed construction, the vertical load is large, and the device is not suitable for a landslide road section are solved.
