The invention discloses a railway building structure wind pressure vibration buffering device which comprises a main plate body, a first vibration absorption plate and a second vibration absorption plate. An outer clamping plate and an inner clamping plate are arranged on the main plate body, buffering supporting columns are fixedly installed at the four corners of the end face, facing the first vibration absorption plate, of the main plate body, and a vibration absorption structure is arranged between the first vibration absorption plate and the second vibration absorption plate. A vibration absorption piece is installed on the side face, away from the first vibration absorption plate, of the second vibration absorption plate. The device is reasonable and simple in structure and convenient to install, wind pressure can be firstly transmitted to the vibration absorption pieces, the vibration absorption pieces conduct primary vibration absorption, then the vibration absorption pieces transmit the force to the second vibration absorption plate, the second vibration absorption plate transmits the force to the first vibration absorption plate through the vibration absorption structure, the vibration absorption structure conducts secondary force unloading, and the buffering supporting columns conduct third-time force unloading; the impact force generated by the wind pressure can be reduced to the minimum, the vibration force borne by the building is reduced, and the good protection function is achieved.
