The invention provides a bridge suspender and stay cable waterproof device which comprises a fastening hoop, a water dispersing sleeve and a wedge-shaped sealing rubber pad. The wedge-shaped sealing rubber pad is of a cylindrical sleeve structure and is arranged outside the suspender or the stay cable in a sleeving mode, and the axial section of the wedge-shaped sealing rubber pad is of a wedge-shaped structure with the thick upper portion and the thin lower portion. The upper part of the water dispersing sleeve is of a cylindrical external thread sleeve structure with external threads and equal upper and lower wall thicknesses, the lower part of the water dispersing sleeve is of an umbrella cover structure which is integrally formed with the water dispersing sleeve and is outwards expanded, and the water dispersing sleeve is wedged and sleeved outside the wedge-shaped sealing rubber pad, the fastening hoop is of a cylindrical internal thread bushing structure with internal threads and equal upper and lower wall thicknesses, and the upper edge of the fastening hoop is provided with a landing edge which extends towards the center and surrounds the circumference; the fastening sleeve hoops and sleeves outside the water dispersing sleeve and is connected and screwed with the water dispersing sleeve through threads; and the landing edge is pressed on the upper end surface of the wedge-shaped sealing rubber pad for sealing. Rainwater and melting snow water do not permeate into the anchoring device, and the durability of the bridge structure is improved.
