Bridge incremental launching construction technology
The invention discloses a bridge incremental launching construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, construction preparation: constructing supporting parts on two sides of a bridge, respectively arranging slideways on the two supporting parts, arranging incremental launching equipment at the slideway of the supporting part on one side, and prefabricating and assembling a beam body on the outer side of the supporting part provided with the incremental launching equipment, and arranging the bottom part on the slideway on the outer side of the supporting part, wherein the beam body assembling process comprises the steps of manufacturing and transporting the corrugated steel web, connecting the corrugated steel web with the concrete top plate and the concrete bottom plate, conducting prestress construction, conducting steel bar construction and conducting concrete box beam cast-in-place construction; step 2, symmetrically installing deviation rectifying devices on the two sides of the beam body; step 3, installing a guide beam; step 4, pushing the beam body to the designed position; step 5, dismantling the guide beam, controlling the beam body to fall, and enabling the two ends of the beam body to be fixed to the supporting parts on the two sides; and step 6, installing guardrails, laying a bridge deck and completing overall construction of the bridge. In the bridge construction process, the influence on passing of the road surface or the river channel under the bridge is small, and continuous crossing construction can be achieved.
本发明公开一种桥梁顶推施工工艺,包括步骤:步骤一,施工准备,对桥梁两侧支撑部施工,并分别在两支撑部上设置滑道,在一侧支撑部滑道处设置顶推设备,在设有顶推设备的支撑部外侧预制拼装梁体,并将其底部设置于支撑部外侧的滑道上,梁体拼装过程包括波形钢腹板的制作与运输,波形钢腹板与混凝土顶、底板的连接,预应力施工,钢筋施工,混凝土箱梁现浇施工;步骤二,在梁体两侧对称安装纠偏装置;步骤三,安装导梁;步骤四,将梁体顶推至设计位置;步骤五,拆除导梁,控制梁体下落,使梁体两端固定于两侧支撑部上;步骤六,安装护栏,铺设桥面,完成桥梁整体施工。本发明使桥梁施工过程中,对桥梁下路面或河道的通行影响小,可实现不断交施工。
