The invention relates to a constructional engineering safety monitoring and supervising device. The device comprises a n-shaped frame, the inner side of the n-shaped frame is provided with an exhaled air alcohol content detector, the two sides of the exhaled air alcohol content detector are fixedly connected with people blocking stop levers, and the inner wall of the top of the n-shaped frame is provided with a rectangular hole, a disinfectant box is fixedly connected between the front side inner wall and the rear side inner wall of the rectangular hole, the disinfectant box is filled with disinfectant, and a lifting telescopic mechanism matched with the exhaled air alcohol content detector is arranged on the disinfectant box. The device is reasonable in design; worker can be blocked and detected conveniently when whether the worker drinks or not is detected; the device rises to conveniently relieve blocking after detection is performed; spraying disinfection is automatically and timely carried out on the exhaled gas alcohol content detector when the device rises to relieve blocking, the phenomenon that cross infection is caused when multiple workers blow gas in turn for detection subsequently is effectively avoided, detection safety is improved, the use requirement is met, and the use of the device is facilitated.
