According to the grassland livestock excrement picking and collecting device, a cleaning block is adopted, a scrapping sheet arranged on the surface of the cleaning block can clean excrement left on the picking shovel; a pressing assembly arranged inside can enable the cleaning block to be tightly attached to the surface of the picking shovel when the cleaning block moves to different positions of the picking shovel, so that the contact area of the scraping sheet and the picking shovel is larger, and the cleaning effect is better.
