The device comprises a box body and a pressure sponge fixedly arranged on the lower wall of the box body, one end of the box body is provided with an opening, a pressing plate is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the pressure sponge, a rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the middle of the upper wall of the pressing plate, a rotating rod is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating rod penetrates through the upper end of the box body, a rotating wheel is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rotating rod, a threaded groove is formed in the surface of the rotating rod, a corresponding threaded hole is formed in the upper wall of the box body, a motor box is fixedly arranged in the box body, and the motor box is far away from the opening; and when the device moves, duckweed on a river channel can be efficiently collected, manual fishing is not needed, meanwhile, anti-blocking operation can be automatically conducted on water leakage holes when the device moves, and the situation that the water leakage holes are blocked by the duckweed due to long-time operation is avoided.
