The invention discloses a rapid ground tamping device for electric power construction, and relates to the technical field of electric power construction. The rapid ground tamping device comprises a rectangular frame, and two tamping piers are arranged at the inner side of the rectangular frame in a sliding fit manner; tamping plates sleeve the bottoms of the two tamping piers; the inner side of the rectangular frame is rotationally connected with two first gears which are in meshing transmission with the two tamping piers correspondingly; the inner side of the rectangular frame is rotationally connected with two second gears which are in meshing transmission with two first gears correspondingly; U-shaped guide frames are fixed to the ends of air cylinder piston rods; and the U-shaped guide frames are in meshing transmission with the two second gears and two first gears. According to the rapid ground tamping device, the U-shaped guide frames ascend and descend, under the action of the first gears and the second gears, the two tamping plates move relatively to conduct tamping operation on the ground, meanwhile, when the tamping piers descend, the tamping plates and the ground conduct primary tamping action, the tamping piers continue to descend and collide with the tamping plates to conduct secondary tamping operation on the ground, and therefore the ground tamping quality is improved.
