The coastline soft foundation in-situ curing method comprises the following steps that S100, construction equipment is arranged; S200, surveying, setting out and positioning are conducted; S300, a solidified area is excavated; S400, in-situ curing operation is conducted; S500, a solidified foundation is backfilled; S600, side edge concrete encapsulation is conducted; and S700, shaping and maintenance are conducted. The invention further provides the coastline soft foundation in-situ curing structure which comprises a curing foundation pit, soil turning pits are dug in the two sides of the curing foundation pit, geogrids are laid in the center of the curing foundation pit, the curing foundation pit and the soil turning pits are filled with curing soil retaining walls, and a concrete envelope is laid at the corresponding positions of the outer sides of the top surfaces of the curing soil retaining walls. The curing method and structure can be effectively suitable for coastline soft foundation solidification of an ecological wetland section, the construction process and machinery are simple, the construction progress is fast, the construction quality is high, and the construction cost is low.
