The building comprises three sets of side columns, a roof beam is hinged to the top end of each set of side columns, the middle sections of the roof beams are hinged, and an elastic back shoring mechanism is connected between the side column close to the outer side and the adjacent roof beam. A plurality of wall purlines are fixedly connected to the sides, deviating from each other, of the side columns at the two sides, and a plurality of roof purlines are fixedly connected to the tops of the roof beams. According to the technical scheme, when the positions of the side columns are relatively changed, an elastic telescopic mechanism is in linkage fit with a stage descending mechanism, so that the stage descending mechanism drives a cylindrical rod piece to move downwards by a certain distance when the relative positions of the side columns are changed every time, the height of a roof is lowered downwards, and the overall gravity center of a plant is shifted downwards; and the shaking degree of a supporting frame in an earthquake is reduced, the overall stability degree of the plant is improved, and the safety of goods and personnel is guaranteed.
