Prefabricated sandwich laminated slab
The invention relates to a prefabricated sandwich laminated slab. The prefabricated sandwich laminated slab comprises a reinforcing mesh, a first concrete layer, a sandwich board, a second concrete layer, steel tie bars and hanging rings, wherein the hanging rings and the steel tie bars are arranged on the mesh face of the reinforcing mesh and poured into a whole through the first concrete layer, the sandwich board is laid on the surface of the first concrete layer and provided with penetrating holes corresponding to the steel tie bars and the hanging rings, the second concrete layer is poured above the sandwich board, the first concrete layer and the second concrete layer are connected through concrete columns formed by the penetrating holes, and the steel tie bars and the hanging rings extend out of the second concrete layer. The sandwich board is designed in the prefabricated laminated slab, so that the heat preservation and sound insulation performance of the laminated floor slab is improved, and a secondary heat preservation and sound insulation construction procedure is omitted; and the tie steel bars are used as shear connectors between the laminated slab and the cast-in-place concrete, the self weight is light, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种预制夹芯叠合板,其包括钢筋网片、第一混凝土层、夹芯板、第二混凝土层、拉结钢筋和吊环,多个所述吊环以及多根所述拉结钢筋设于所述钢筋网片的网面上并由第一混凝土层浇筑成整体,所述夹芯板铺设于所述第一混凝土层的表面,且所述夹芯板相对每一所述拉结钢筋和吊环设有穿孔,第二混凝土层浇筑于所述夹芯板的上方,所述第一混凝土层和第二混凝土层通过所述穿孔形成的混凝土柱相连接,所述拉结钢筋和吊环均伸出所述第二混凝土层。本发明在预制叠合板内设计夹芯板,提高了叠合楼板的保温隔声性能,免去了二次保温隔声施工工序;利用所述拉结钢筋作为叠合板与现浇混凝土之间的抗剪连接件,自重轻,降低了造价。
