The invention discloses a fabricated adjustable combined suspender structure. The fabricated adjustable combined suspender structure comprises a double-thread screw arranged on a roof plate through an expansion bolt, an adjusting assembly rotationally connected with the double-thread screw and a suspender arranged on the adjusting assembly. The adjusting assembly comprises a conversion adjusting piece, a horizontal adjusting block arranged on a horizontal adjusting arm of the conversion adjusting piece and a vertical adjusting block arranged on a vertical adjusting arm of the conversion adjusting piece. The suspender is arranged on the horizontal adjusting block; and the horizontal adjusting arm and the vertical adjusting arm are square tubes. According to the combined suspender structure, the mounting precision is improved, the stability of a suspended ceiling is guaranteed, the drilling frequency is reduced, the climbing operation frequency of constructors is reduced, the labor intensity of the constructors is reduced, the production efficiency is guaranteed, and the operation flexibility is high.
