The invention provides a fabricated steel structure spiral stair. The fabricated steel structure spiral stair comprises a plurality of step units which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and connected, the plurality of step units are rotationally distributed, and each step unit comprises a supporting assembly, a connecting assembly and a veneer; each supporting assembly comprises a steel grating and a connecting frame arranged on the periphery of the steel grating; each connecting assembly comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, the first connecting plates and the second connecting plates are arranged on the two sides of the supporting assemblies in the vertical direction correspondingly, the height of the first connecting plates is larger than that of the second connecting plates, and the second connecting plates are located on the inner sides of the supporting assemblies; each veneer comprises a surface plate and a vertical plate, the surface plates and the vertical plates are arranged on the upper surfaces and the side vertical faces of the supporting assemblies correspondingly, and the vertical plates are located below the surface plates; and the every two adjacent supporting assemblies are connected through the first connecting plates and the second connecting plates in the connecting assemblies. Compared with the prior art, the fabricated steel structure spiral stair has the following advantages that only factory prefabrication is needed, on-site installation is convenient and fast, the construction efficiency is high, and the installation quality is good.
