The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to an optimally-designed outdoor building construction mounting frame structure which comprises mounting frames, the upper end and the lower end of each mounting frame are provided with same first adjusting rods, the interiors of the first adjusting rods are elastically connected with second adjusting rods through reset elastic assemblies, limiting modules connected with the supporting columns in a clamped mode are arranged at the bottom ends of the second adjusting rods, supporting legs rotationally connected with the supporting legs are fixedly connected to one side of the surface of each mounting frame, and ground grabbing barbs are arranged on the surfaces of the upper ends of the supporting legs. By arranging the supporting columns and the limiting modules, the mounting frames on the two sides are connected into a whole, mounting and dismounting between the mounting frames and the supporting columns are facilitated, the operation procedures are reduced, time is saved, and the mounting efficiency is improved; and by arranging auxiliary supporting rods and supporting plates, the auxiliary supporting effect is achieved, the gravity borne by a pedal is shared, the pedal is evenly stressed, the use safety of the pedal is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
