The invention discloses a formwork connecting locking device for building construction. The device comprises a locking frame, the locking frame is spliced to form a frame structure and surround a formwork, and the locking frame is made of metal. The locking device further comprises an elastic cushion, and the elastic cushion is cushioned between the locking frame and the formwork. The locking frame is of the metal frame structure, the elastic cushion reduces local pressure of the locking frame on the formwork, and the contact force uniformity of the locking frame and the formwork is improved. The locking device further comprises deformation compensation assemblies, each deformation compensation assembly is arranged in the center of each locking plate, the deformation compensation assemblies penetrate through the elastic cushion to abut against the side surface of the formwork, and the deformation compensation assemblies provide additional support for the formwork. The two deformation compensation assemblies which are opposite in the spatial position are connected, and when the pressure facing one deformation compensation assembly is increased, the supporting force of the other deformation compensation assembly is adjusted to be small.
