The invention discloses an integrated construction method for a fabricated building outer wall. The integrated construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, a single-layer standard layer main body structure is decomposed; step 2, an outer wall decoration engineering construction process is decomposed; step 3, the position relation between an external climbing scaffold and a main body in the construction period of the single-layer standard layer main body structure is analyzed, and the division of external wall decoration working floors is planned; step 4, a construction plan is made according to the relation between the main body structure and the outer wall process and time; and step 5, the frame body structure of the external climbing scaffold is used for protecting finished products of the finished floors, and pollution is prevented. The construction time of the main body structure is utilized, the outer wall decoration work is reasonably added, and the purpose of greatly shortening the construction period is achieved; and the external climbing scaffold is fully utilized to carry out external wall decoration construction on different floors.
