Concrete gap repairing and anti-seepage treatment method
The invention relates to a concrete gap repairing and anti-seepage treatment method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) forming a groove in a concrete structure by taking a gap of the concrete structure as a center; (2) embedding a grouting nozzle in the groove, and keeping a gap between the grouting nozzle and the gap of the concrete structure; (3) fixing the grouting nozzle in the groove by adopting a plugging material, and plugging and compacting the rest part of the groove; (4) then, grouting through a grouting nozzle till the interior of the gap reaches a saturated grouting state; (5) dismounting the grouting nozzle, and the completely plugging and filling the groove with a plugging material; and (6) coating the cured and blocked groove and the periphery of the cured and blocked groove with a waterproof layer, and then completing treatment. According to the method, true and false leakage cracks can be distinguished in advance, so that the grouting workload is reduced, the grouting efficiency and accuracy are improved, the grout leakage phenomenon in a traditional grouting process can be effectively solved, and meanwhile, concrete is prevented from secondary damage caused by drilling.
本发明涉及一种混凝土缝隙修复及防渗漏处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)以混凝土结构的缝隙为中心,在混凝土结构上开设凹槽;(2)再在凹槽内埋设注浆嘴,并保持注浆嘴与混凝土结构的缝隙之间留有间隙;(3)接着采用堵漏材料将注浆嘴固定在凹槽中,并对凹槽其余部分进行封堵压实;(4)然后,经注浆嘴进行注浆,直至缝隙内部达到饱和灌浆状态;(5)拆除注浆嘴,并采用堵漏材料将凹槽完全封堵填补好;(6)在固化封堵好的凹槽及其周边涂刷防水层,即完成处理。本发明可以提前分辨出真假渗漏裂缝,从而减少注浆工作量并提高注浆的效率和准确性,并可以有效地解决传统注浆工艺中的漏浆现象,同时使得混凝土免受因钻孔所带来的二次伤害。
