Method for increasing self-repairing width of concrete crack
The invention discloses a method for increasing the self-repairing width of a concrete crack. The self-repairing width of concrete is increased mainly by adding homogeneous sand powder soaked in a nutrient solution and a bacterial solution into the crack. The method comprises the following steps of adding the homogeneous sand powder soaked in the nutrient solution into the crack to play a role in aggregate filling, then adding the bacterial solution, generating calcium carbonate through continuous metabolism of microorganisms, continuously enriching calcium carbonate crystal ions, and using the generated calcium carbonate as a cementing material to fill the crack. The method is beneficial for testers to solve the problem of repairing the crack width through fiber-loaded microorganisms, the crack repairing width in the microorganism self-repairing field can be expanded to 4 mm, the application range of the method is expanded, and the method is easy, convenient and rapid to implement.
本发明公开了一种提高混凝土裂缝自修复宽度的方法,主要通过向裂缝加浸泡过营养液的均质砂粉,菌液来提高混凝土自修复的宽度。先向裂缝中加入浸泡过营养液的均质砂粉起到骨料填充的作用,再加入菌液,通过微生物不断的代谢产生碳酸钙,碳酸钙结晶离子的不断富集,生成的碳酸钙充当胶凝材料,来填充裂缝。本发明有利于试验人员解决纤维负载微生物修复裂缝宽度的问题,可将微生物自修复领域的裂缝修复宽度拓展至4mm,扩展了其适用范围,且该方法实施简单方便快捷。
