The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated floors, and provides a fabricated floor upper crack treatment method. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that S1, a groove is excavated at the position of a crack at the upper portion of a fabricated floor; S2, a plurality of positioning structures are machined at the bottom of the groove; each positioning structure comprises two positioning holes; S3, a plurality of positioning steel bars bent into a groove shape are machined; the two ends of each positioning steel bar are inserted into the two positioning holes of each positioning structure; S4, a first shrinkage-compensating fine aggregate concrete layer is poured in the groove; a prefabricated glass fiber mesh is laid above the first shrinkage-compensating fine aggregate concrete layer; and a second shrinkage-compensating fine aggregate concrete layer is poured above the prefabricated glass fiber mesh until the whole groove is filled with the second shrinkage-compensating fine aggregate concrete layer. After the crack at the upper portion of the fabricated floor is treated, the crack cannot appear at the same position again, the treatment quality of the crack at the upper portion of the fabricated floor is guaranteed, and the appearance quality of the fabricated floor is improved.
