The automatic lifting door comprises a door frame, a door plate and a driving mechanism, and sliding grooves perpendicular to the ground are formed in the left side and the right side of the door frame; the door plate comprises an upper hinged door plate, a lower hinged door plate and a plurality of sliding door plates, and the upper hinged door plate is hinged to the upper ends of the sliding grooves; the lower hinged door plate is hinged to the lower ends of the sliding grooves and provided with a first position perpendicular to the ground and a second position attached to the ground; the upper hinged door plate and the sliding door plates are connected in series and are sequentially and alternately hinged through outer folding hinges and inner folding hinges, pulleys are arranged on the two sides of the sliding door plates, and the pulleys are slidably connected with the corresponding sliding grooves; and the driving mechanism drives the sliding door plates close to the lower hinged door plate to slide along the sliding grooves and enables the door plates to slide in the direction of the sliding grooves.
