The anti-falling protection device has the beneficial effects that the telescopic penetrating piece is arranged in the mast and penetrates the positioning holes to limit the position of the drill rod, the phenomenon that the drill rod falls off when stopping working can be prevented, and the safety of the drill rod is greatly improved; and a rotating limiting mechanism abuts against the drill rod, lateral thrust is generated for the drill rod, the limiting sleeve with the limited position is used in cooperation, the position of the drill rod can be further limited, and the stability of the drill rod after position limiting is greatly improved.
