The invention discloses a plate manufacturing method and a plate manufactured by the same. The plate manufacturing method comprises the following steps: stirring raw materials to form slurry, wherein the raw materials comprise a magnesium sulfate solution, light calcined magnesia, strip-shaped wood chips, sawdust fibers, a modified reinforcing agent, an efficient water reducing agent and a foaming agent; pouring the slurry on a template, rolling the slurry by using a round roller, scraping the slurry, rolling by using a needle roller, and laying a spacing layer; pouring the slurry on a template, rolling the slurry by using a round roller, and scraping the slurry; and the template is cured and then demolded. Strip-shaped wood chips and sawdust fibers are added into the slurry, so that the nail-holding performance of the plate is enhanced; and in addition, air holes are formed in the plate after rolling of the needle roller, and the plate further has a good sound insulation effect due to the fact that the air holes have excellent sound wave absorption performance.
本发明公开了一种板材制造方法及该方法制成的板材，板材制造方法包括以下步骤：搅拌原料以形成浆料，原料包括硫酸镁溶液、轻烧氧化镁、条状木片、木屑纤维、改性增强剂、高效减水剂和发泡剂；将浆料倒在模板上，圆辊辊压浆料后刮平，采用针辊辊压，再铺设间隔层；再将浆料倒在模板上，圆辊辊压浆料后刮平；将模板养护后脱模。通过在浆料中加入条状木片及木屑纤维，增强了板材的握钉性能；另外，针辊辊压后使板材内部形成气洞，由于气洞对声波有优异的吸收性能，因此板材也具有良好的隔音效果。
